Assistant of General-Secretary for Technical Affairs
Duties:
Assistant Secretary-General for Academic Technical Affairs shall be in charge of the following:
- Propose the general policies for the following directorates:
- Directorate of Institutions of Higher Education
- Directorate of Scholarships and Student Affairs
- Directorate of Certificates
- Directorate of Foreign Students' Affairs
- Directorate of Agreements and Cultural Relations
- Setting up plans for the programs and projects of the affiliated departments
- Overseeing the evaluation of these plans and programs, changing and monitoring them
- Participation in the development of work as well as improvement of methods of technical and procedural performance
