Press Report on the Results of Unified Admission to Jordanian Public Universities for the Bachelor’s Degree for the Academic Year 2025-2026

First: The number of students who submitted valid applications for unified admission and paid the application fee reached (74,521) male and female students, while the number of students nominated for admission was (46,566) male and female students, and the number of students not nominated for admission was (27,955) male and female students.

Second: Text messages were sent to students on their mobile phone numbers containing their nomination results within the unified admission list this evening, Sunday, 21-9-2025. The list of students nominated for admission was also announced on the website of the Unified Admission Coordination Unit at the following address: (www.admhec.gov.jo), where each student can obtain their result using the national number or the seat number on the General Secondary Education Certificate, in addition to viewing the minimum competitive admission averages for all majors and for different certificates.

Third: A program has been prepared that allows students, whether nominated for admission or not (students who made wrong choices), to log in and submit an application containing only three options, provided that the student achieves the minimum competitive admission averages for the current academic year 2025-2026. The application process will begin on the morning of Tuesday, 23-9-2025, and continue until 12:00 midnight on Thursday, 25-9-2025, for the following categories:

  1. Students who obtained the Jordanian General Secondary Education Certificate for the current year 2025, who are allowed to submit transfer or wrong choice applications for all majors, including Medicine and Dentistry, provided that the student achieves the minimum competitive admission averages for this category, in addition to the availability of a vacancy in the desired major.
  2. Students who obtained the Jordanian General Secondary Education Certificate in previous years, including grade-improving students (repeaters), are allowed to submit transfer or wrong choice applications for all majors except Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, and Doctor of Pharmacy, provided that the student achieves the minimum competitive admission averages for this category, in addition to the required scientific subject average, if any, with the availability of a vacancy in the desired major.
  3. Students who obtained the Arab General Secondary Education Certificate for the current year 2025 are allowed to submit transfer or wrong choice applications for all majors except Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, and Doctor of Pharmacy, since the seats allocated for admission in these majors have been distributed among countries according to the nationality of the secondary school certificate, provided that the student achieves the minimum competitive admission averages for this category, in addition to the required placement exam score, if any, with the availability of a vacancy in the desired major.
  4. Students who obtained the Foreign General Secondary Education Certificate for the current year 2025 are allowed to submit transfer or wrong choice applications for all majors except Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, and Doctor of Pharmacy, since the seats allocated for admission in these majors have been distributed according to the nationality of the secondary school certificate, provided that the student achieves the minimum competitive admission averages for this category, in addition to the required placement exam score, if any, with the availability of a vacancy in the desired major.

Fourth: The process of submitting electronic admission applications for children of Jordanian women married to non-Jordanians will begin on the morning of Wednesday, 24-9-2025, until 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, 27-9-2025, through the website of the Unified Admission Coordination Unit, and in accordance with the previously announced procedures for Jordanian students. It should be noted that the application process is limited only to students who meet the requirements of success and admission to public universities in the Jordanian General Secondary Education Certificate for the first time in the summer session (general) (2025), or the supplementary session (2024). The student must also hold the identification card for children of Jordanian women issued by the Jordanian Civil Status and Passports Department. Their admission results will be announced later after the application process ends.

Fifth: The process of submitting transfer applications from one major to another and from one university to another for students benefiting from the Royal Makruma (scholarship) for the children of tribes in Jordan’s Badia schools and schools with special circumstances will begin through an electronic application available on the website of the Unified Admission Coordination Unit from the morning of Thursday, 25-9-2025, until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, 28-9-2025. The process of submitting electronic transfer applications is limited to students benefiting from this Royal Makruma who meet the eligibility conditions only. It includes transfer to all majors except medical majors (Medicine, Dentistry, Doctor of Pharmacy, Pharmacy), and according to the minimum competitive admission averages for the Royal Makruma for the children of tribes in Jordan’s Badia schools and schools with special circumstances for the current academic year 2025-2026. The Unit will announce the names of students who achieved the minimum competitive admission average for the current academic year for the desired major according to the available vacancies in the same major.

Sixth: After the announcement of the unified admission results, students nominated for admission are requested to follow the announcements issued by the universities to which they were nominated for admission, in order to learn about and inquire about the necessary procedures and required documents to complete the registration process in each university.

Seventh: The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research will launch, starting from Tuesday, 23-9-2025, a special electronic platform to answer all student inquiries regarding the unified admission process for the current academic year 2025-2026, from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Students can log in to this platform and submit any inquiry through it, where the student will receive a response within 24 hours at most. Therefore, the Ministry urges all students and their families to refrain from coming to the Ministry’s premises, especially students residing in governorates outside the capital, as they can inquire through this platform, with the necessity of following the Ministry’s website and official social media platforms on Facebook and Twitter to view all announcements published successively.
