The Unified Admission Coordination Unit at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced today, Sunday, February 2, 2025, the update of its website data in preparation for the start of the application process for admission to Jordanian public universities for the supplementary session 2024-2025. The unit confirmed that all data and information on its website have been updated for both sections: (Bachelor’s Degree Stage and Intermediate Diploma Stage).
The media advisor to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research/Director of the Unified Admission Coordination Unit, Muhannad Al-Khatib, added that the number of majors available for admission in the supplementary session through the unified admission application for the bachelor’s degree stage is (439) in nine public universities, in addition to the World Islamic Sciences and Education University. Meanwhile, the number of majors available in the unified admission application for the intermediate diploma stage is (135) in community colleges affiliated with Al-Balqa Applied University, Tafila Technical University, the World Islamic Sciences and Education University, the Royal Jordanian Geographic Center for Surveying and Geospatial Sciences, and the Prince Hussein Bin Abdullah II Academy for Civil Protection. Additionally, (26) majors are offered for direct admission at the German Jordanian University, the Faculty of Arts and the Aviation Engineering major at the University of Jordan, and the Faculty of Arts majors at Yarmouk University.
The unit urged all successful students in the supplementary session to visit the website through the following link: (www.admhec.gov.jo) and browse it to benefit from all the available data and information, such as the minimum competitive admission rates for the majors offered in the second semester, which were announced in the previous first semester, frequently asked questions, advice and guidance, explanatory videos on the mechanism for submitting the unified admission application, and how to pay the application fee through eFAWATEERcom electronic payment channels. Additionally, a video guide on how to navigate the unit’s website and access all the available information is provided.
